1. Eligibility

  • You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
  • If your item is faulty or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Upon arrival, please inspect the packaging or product for any signs of damage, tears, or discrepancies. If you notice any issues, please refuse the product and sign it as ‘damaged’ or ‘wrong item sent’ with the courier.

For Returns of Damaged Products, Replacement Parts, or Exchanges, We Require the Following Information:

  • Part numbers affected (found in the instruction manual).
  • Clear images of all affected parts, both close-up and full views.
  • Batch number if required (found on the outside of the box).
  • Images of all boxes on arrival.

3. Return Shipping

  • In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If your item arrived damaged or is defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return or arrange a courier collection.

4. Processing Timeframe

  • As we liaise with manufacturers for replacements and missing parts, the processing time may vary based on the specific manufacturer. We will keep you informed and updated throughout the process.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it, and the refund or replacement process will commence.
  • Refunds may take up to 5 working days from the date we receive the item back.
