    • The product must be brand new, with identical specifications, style, size, and color, and offered on the same terms.
    • Our Price Promise applies to competitors within the UK mainland, including UK websites. It excludes factory outlets, membership clubs, duty-free shops, auction sites, market stalls, private sales, and liquidation or insolvency sales.
  2. Product Availability:
    • The competitor store or website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.
    • Furniture Hut must also have the product in question in stock.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Gift vouchers are not eligible for the Price Promise Guarantee.
    • Typographical errors in pricing will not apply.
    • No affiliate, promotional, or media discounts can be combined with the Price Promise Guarantee.
    • Price match promotions that offer additional rebates or benefits for price-matched products are excluded.
  4. Verification and Price Inclusions:
    • Furniture Hut will verify the lower price offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
    • The competitor’s price must include all applicable taxes, postage, and packing charges.
  5. Discount Offer:
    • If your price match claim is approved, we will match the competitor’s price and provide an additional 5% discount, excluding any voucher codes.
  6. Discretion and Withdrawal:
    • All Price Promise transactions are subject to the discretion of Furniture Hut.
    • We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the Price Promise Guarantee at any time.
